This versatile booster brightens and soothes, providing a bit of extra TLC when it comes to battling blemishes and keeping your skin nourished. A mix of 2% BHA, 1% Bakuchiol, 2% Zinc PCA, and Liquorice Root Extract helps to get to the root cause of existing imperfections. They also brighten and soothe while keeping your skin nourished.

Bakuchiol’s unique multitasking properties reduce the appearance of all imperfections, and Willow Bark and Liquorice Root Extracts brighten the appearance of post-acne scars and the appearance of dark spots. If you feel a spot coming on, this is your ally.

After cleansing and misting or toning, apply a few drops on your face, and anywhere breakouts are present, avoiding the eye area.

This product can be used on its own or mixed with any essences, serums, creams, or oils for a blemish-busting boost.

2% BHA. BHA stands for Beta Hydroxy Acid, a group of oil-soluble acids which work to exfoliate with less irritation than AHAs (Alpha Hydroxy Acids). Here, BHA refers to Salicylic Acid — the BHA most commonly used in skincare. It mixes with the natural oils on the skin to get deep into the pores. Gently exfoliates, reduces the appearance of pores and minimises future breakouts.

1% Bakuchiol. An antioxidant ingredient derived from the Babchi plant and touted as the natural alternative to Retinol. It has similar skin-resurfacing effects, minus the dryness and irritation. It helps to improve skin elasticity, hydration and firmness, reduces signs of premature ageing, and diminishes the appearance of uneven skin tone.

2% Zinc PCA. A moisture binder that does not interfere with the normal function of the skin barrier. It helps restore and increase the body’s natural collagen production, control acne and decrease sebum secretion. It is gentle on sensitive skin while still being very effective for conditions such as acne and rosacea.

Willow Bark Extract. This plant extract is the original source of Salicin, from which Salicylic Acid is derived. It contains polyphenols which provide protection from free radical damage and the associated signs of ageing, and tannins which are highly astringent, helping to tighten pores and reduce their appearance.

Licorice Root. A plant-based extract that helps soothe skin, brightens and evens out skin tone. It has antioxidant properties, which helps protect the skin from external aggressors.⁠

Black Cumin Oil. Improves the appearance of fine lines and spots with essential fatty acids and Vitamins A, B, and C. Provides antioxidant protection and promotes moisture retention.

Hyaluronic Acid. A heavyweight hydrator and humectant that is extremely good at bonding with water molecules, making it a critical factor in retaining skin moisture.

Lecithin Phospholipids. A phospholipid structure derived from soy that can be applied topically to mirror the effects of phospholipids, promoting hydration and moisture retention, and helping strengthen the skin barrier.

Bisabolol. A soothing ingredient that helps reduce dryness and blemishes while brightening the skin. It is also a skin conditioning humectant, helping other ingredients penetrate skin.
