Oscars 2023: The Best Fashion Moments Of The Night

The holy grail of award ceremonies took place yesterday, and the red carpet wasn't so red this year. The champagne-coloured carpet saw A-list royalty and a whole host of fashion moments.

The star-studded ceremony celebrated the best performances in film, and stepping out wearing their finest and most glamorous ensembles were the Kings and Queens of Hollywood. 

While bold brights seemed more restrained and whiter being the colour of choice, among the abundance of white gowns were Michelle Williams’ in an embellished, strapless Chanel Couture gown, which featured a stunning sheer cape embroidered with crystals; Emily Blunt dazzled in an elegant figure-hugging Valentino design; and Michelle Yeoh (newly crowned Best Actress), wowing in an angelic white feathered Dior dress.

Colourful hues weren't completely forgotten, with Cara Delevingne turning heads in a dramatic Elie Saab Couture gown, Hong Chau in a candy floss pink custom Prada dress that paid a sweet tribute to her heritage, and Kate Blanchett supporting sustainable fashion by re-wearing her Louis Vuitton two-tone silk dress.
